What is Mangalcare?
Mangalcare is healthcare software for doctors, clinics, nursing homes and hospitals in India. It runs appointments, medical records, e-prescriptions, billing and pharmacy on one system, and gives patients an app to book visits, see their records and consult their doctor by video.

Mangalcare Systems Pvt Ltd, a DPIIT-recognised startup based in Gurugram, Haryana. The platform is used across 7 states in India.
Who is Mangalcare for?
Individual doctors, single and multi-doctor clinics, polyclinics, nursing homes and hospitals of up to 100 beds. Patients use the free Mangalcare app to connect with their doctors.

What can I do with Mangalcare?
Book and manage appointments, register patients with ABHA, keep complete medical records with diagnoses coded to ICD-10, write e-prescriptions with medicine interaction alerts, consult by video, generate bills and send prescriptions to your pharmacy counter.
How much does it cost?
Clinics pay a monthly subscription for each doctor using Mangalcare. Nursing homes and hospitals are priced by bed and doctor login. We never charge per consultation, appointment or transaction, and we don't take commission on patients who book through the app. Contact us for a quote.
Is Mangalcare ABDM certified?
Yes. Mangalcare is certified for ABDM milestones M1, M2 and M3. You can create and verify ABHA numbers at registration, link the records you create to a patient's ABHA, and with the patient's consent receive their records from other ABDM-connected facilities.
Do I have to type prescriptions?
No. You can dictate with Voice eRx or write by hand on LinkPad using the LinkTip pen, and the prescription is saved to the patient's record.
How do I get started?
Book a demo on our website or call 1800 123 5030. Our activation team sets up your clinic, adds your doctors and fees, and trains your staff. Most clinics go live within days.
How are doctors verified?
Every doctor who signs up is checked against their medical registration before their account is activated, so patients know every doctor on Mangalcare is authorised to practise.
Can I move my existing patient data to Mangalcare?
Yes. Our team helps import your existing patient list so you don't start from zero.
For patients
How do I use Mangalcare as a patient?
Download the Mangalcare app from Google Play. You can find your doctor, book appointments, see your prescriptions and reports, get medicine reminders and join video consultations.
Does the patient app cost anything?
No. The Mangalcare app is free for patients.
Can I use my ABHA number?
Yes. Your clinic can link your visit records to your ABHA, so your health records stay with you across ABDM-connected hospitals and clinics.
Can I consult my doctor without visiting the clinic?
Yes, if your doctor offers video consultations. Your doctor sees the same history and prescription tools as in an in-person visit.
Data and security
Where is patient data stored?
On Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located in India.
Who can see patient records?
Only authorised users at the clinic or hospital treating the patient. Records are shared with other facilities only with the patient's consent, through ABDM.
Does Mangalcare sell data?
No. Mangalcare does not sell patient or doctor data to anyone.
